I must reiterate that I require full commitment for the 28 days on both the exercises and the sugar free diet alongside sending me the weigh in details. If you cannot commit please don't enter!

What we will need from you:

  • You are signing up for 28 days of exercise consisting of, 15 mins exercise daily for 6 days, with 1 day rest weekly. 
  • Alongside this you’re agreeing to a sugar-free diet for 28 days
  • You also need to commit to complete the measurement chart and to submitting current photos front, back and side view with today's or Monday’s (the first day of the challenge) date on them. 
  • A daily photo of you when you finish each daily session shared on the facebook post.
