BOOKING ONLINE IS NOW EASIER THAN EVER BEFORE!

Step 1. Select an 'Appointment Type' - We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 1hr sessions for Individuals, Couples and Friends.
Step 2. Select 'All Instructors' or your somebody specific.
Step 3. Select a session date and click 'Search'. The system will show available times for that day and the following 6 days.
Step 4. Select your preferred session start time.
Step 5. The system will ask you to either sign-in or sign-up.
Step 6. Select whether you want to pay for the single session or buy a pack from 5 to 50.
HINT - The more you buy the cheaper they are and any pack you choose will last 6 months.
If you've been to see us previously, but you've never booked online before, you will be able to create an account using the email you registered with.
