HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up, keeps it up and burns more fat in less time. Great for increasing fitness, endurance and stamina as well.

This class incorporates a combination of three of our FIT elements into one class: expect cardio, weighted resistance, and bodyweight training to increasing all over body strength, toning and fitness . Book now as limited spaces available!

A fun way to get fit through a ‘high intensity’ full body workout. The class incorporates solid boxing pad-work with body conditioning, increasing heart rate and individual fitness levels.
10am – 11am
Vinyasa means gradual progression, or a step-by-step approach that connects one pose to the next, unifying the breath and movement in the sequence for a smooth "flow". These vinyasa flow classes will create a focus on breathing and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body.
Maximum of 6 people in a class
Cost: £12 per class or £10 per class if you book in advance for 6 classes (£60)
