Whether you simply want to get your heart rate up with our High Intensity Interval Training, or Extreme FIT classes, or get cycle fit with Melissa and Micycle, we are so pleased to have regular classes running each week, we're sure you'll find one to suit you.

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up, keeps it up and burns more fat in less time. Great for increasing fitness, endurance and stamina as well.

Micycle have teamed up with N4 workout and Melissa Power to bring you an Indoor Cycling class like no other in London. Once only operating as a bicycle repair shop, our neighbours at Micycle have transformed the shop floor into a fully functioning indoor cycling studio.
You’re in the safest hands possible as Melissa has taught over 10,000 indoor cycling classes in her career. She’s spent more time on a bike than most people have spent in bed and absolutely adores teaching.
Expect high energy levels and unmissable playlists while riding alongside some of the friendliest people in North London. Plus, you can get that dodgy left brake on your trusty town bike seen to by the Micycle boys after class.
