HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up, keeps it up and burns more fat in less time. Great for increasing fitness, endurance and stamina as well.

Using only the Frame and the floor this class will make you stronger, leaner and more confident whilst also giving you some pretty serious skills to show off and burn a lot of fat in the meantime. From Pull-ups to Push-ups The Frame will include everything from calisthenics to core and you’ll be flying across the monkey bars in no time at all.  No previous experience necessary as the class is suitable for all levels: all exercises have beginner, intermediate and advanced options. Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means gradual progression, or a step-by-step approach that connects one pose to the next, unifying the breath and movement in the sequence for a smooth "flow".  These vinyasa flow classes will create a focus on breathing and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body.
